# Make every visit relevant

> Bixlow is an AI CRO agent that runs the whole optimization loop — understand, decide, act and measure: it turns what happens on your site into live experiments and personalizations, with no developer and no theme edits, and uses Bayesian statistics to tell you when a result is real.

The best experience is different for every visitor. Bixlow's agent understands them, decides what to test or personalize next, builds it on your site and measures whether it worked. You set the direction; the agent closes the loop.

- **What it ships:** A/B tests, personalizations, rollouts
- **Setup:** One script tag, ~10 minutes
- **Developer required:** No
- **Platforms:** Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow and more

## Every visitor is different, yet your site shows them all the same thing

You have analytics, session recordings, finely targeted campaigns and a list of ideas. And still, a first-time visitor arriving from Meta on mobile sees exactly the same page as your most loyal customer on desktop. The data exists; what is missing is the step from understanding to acting.

### The data lives in silos

Analytics says where visitors drop off, the session recorder shows how, the ad platform knows where they came from. None of those tools decides what to change, and none of them changes it.

### Understanding is not acting

Every finding ends up as a developer ticket competing with the roadmap. Weeks pass between seeing the problem and testing a fix — when they pass at all.

### One experience for everyone

Your campaigns target by country, device and audience; your site does not. The message that convinces a new mobile visitor is not the one a returning desktop customer needs.

### And nobody has the time to run it

A single experiment needs a hypothesis, a developer, a QA pass and an analyst. Almost no team has those roles dedicated to CRO, so the idea backlog grows and nothing gets tested.

## The continuous optimization loop

Optimization is not running a test every now and then. It is a loop that never stops: understand, decide, act, measure — and start again with what you learned. Bixlow covers the whole loop in one place, and you approve at every gate.

1. **Understand.** Bixlow joins what your visitors do — where they drop off, on which device, from which campaign, new or returning — with the business goals you defined: purchase, lead, booking.
2. **Decide.** The agent decides what is worth doing next and writes it up as a hypothesis: the problem, the change, the audience, the primary metric, the guardrail and the traffic it will need.
3. **Act.** It turns the decision into an A/B test, a personalization for one audience or a straight rollout. The change is injected into your live site, with no theme edits and no deploy to wait for.
4. **Measure and learn.** Every conversion is attributed to the experience the visitor actually saw. Bixlow tells you whether the difference is real and in which segments, and keeps what it learned to propose the next step.

And round again, with what it just learned.

## One AI layer across the whole loop

Bixlow's agent is not an assistant bolted onto an editor to help you write CSS. It runs the whole loop — understand, decide, act, measure — and starts again from what it just learned. You set the direction and the limits; the agent decides what to do next and does it.

### You define

- The direction: which business goal matters right now.
- The guardrail metrics that must not get worse.
- Which audiences are in and which stay out.
- The final yes: nothing goes live without your approval.

### The agent does

- Finds where conversion is lost and why.
- Proposes the hypothesis with its audience and estimated runtime.
- Builds the variant as code injected on your live site.
- Reads the result and proposes the next experiment.

### What a proposal looks like

- **Finding:** 71% of traffic to this product page is mobile, and new visitors arriving from Meta add to cart 23% less often than the site average.
- **Hypothesis:** The add-to-cart button falls below the first viewport on mobile, so intent is lost before the visitor ever sees the price.
- **Proposal:** A sticky add-to-cart bar that appears once the original button scrolls out of view.
- **Audience:** Spain · Mobile · New visitors · utm_source = meta
- **Split:** 50 / 50
- **Primary metric:** Purchase
- **Secondary:** Add to cart
- **Guardrail:** Revenue per session
- **Estimated runtime:** 12 days at current traffic

You approve it, edit it, or throw it away. The agent decides what to do; a deterministic engine decides who sees what. No model sits between a visitor and the experience they get.

## Everything it takes to close the loop

Four capabilities on one script, one set of audiences and one agent.

### Experimentation

**Test more. Guess less.** A/B and A/B/n tests built by the agent, with deterministic splitting, mutual exclusion and Bayesian statistics you can look at from day one.

- A/B and A/B/n with deterministic splitting: each visitor always sees the same variant.
- Mutual exclusion between tests: a visitor never enters two experiments that overlap.
- Bayesian statistics with guardrails: no winner is called if what matters gets worse.

### Personalization

**One page, different for every audience.** Adapt messages, offers and blocks by country, device, campaign or whether the visitor has bought before — in real time, without duplicating pages.

- Audiences by country, device, campaign, new or returning visitor and landing page.
- Combine conditions into one audience and reuse it in any workflow.
- Applied in real time, with no duplicated pages and no theme edits.

### Behavior and goals

**See what your visitors really do.** Ecommerce, lead and engagement goals measured by Bixlow, with results broken down by segment.

- Purchase, lead, click or custom-event goals, measured by Bixlow.
- No-code detection: click, URL, form submit or a GA4/GTM dataLayer event.
- Results broken down by segment: where it wins and where it does not.

### Safe rollouts

**Ship without fear of breaking anything.** Roll a change out to one audience, widen it when the numbers agree and revert in one click: nothing was ever written to your theme.

- Ship to a single audience and widen it when the numbers agree.
- Revert in one click, with no deploy.
- Deactivating a workflow turns off its published version and its tests at once.

## Built for the teams accountable for results

For people with a conversion target on the table and no control over the site's code.

- **Growth:** Turn the idea backlog into live experiments every week, without fighting for developer hours.
- **Marketing:** Make the landing page speak the same language as the campaign that brought the visitor.
- **Product:** Validate a change with real visitors before committing a sprint to building it properly.
- **eCommerce:** Improve product pages, cart and checkout measured on purchases and revenue per session, not just clicks.

## Bixlow vs the alternatives

There are four ways to approach CRO today. This is what each one does.

| Feature | Bixlow | Experimentation suite | CRO agency | Do nothing |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Decides what to test | ✓ Yes: The agent, from your data | ✗ No: You | ◐ Partly: Once a month | ✗ No: Nobody |
| Builds the change without a developer | ✓ Yes: Injected code | ✗ No: Rarely | ✓ Yes: The agency does | ✗ No: — |
| Personalizes by audience | ✓ Yes: Same agent and audiences | ◐ Partly: Separate product | ◐ Partly: Separate project | ✗ No: — |
| Measures whether it worked | ✓ Yes: Bayesian, with guardrails | ✓ Yes: Frequentist | ◐ Partly: Monthly report | ✗ No: Gut feeling |
| First experiment | ✓ Yes: Same day | ◐ Partly: Weeks | ✗ No: 1-2 months | ✗ No: Never |
| Monthly cost | ✓ Yes: Tens of euros | ✗ No: Thousands of euros | ✗ No: Thousands of euros | ◐ Partly: €0, plus what you never earn |

## Your site stays yours

Bixlow's script runs on the site your customers see. That is why it is designed never to break anything and to keep control in your hands.

- **Fails silently:** If Bixlow cannot be reached, your site renders exactly as it would without it.
- **No theme edits:** Changes are injected at runtime; stop them and they are gone on the next page load.
- **A human approves:** The agent proposes and builds; publishing is always a human decision.
- **Privacy:** Assignment uses a first-party identifier and no personal data. Data processed in the European Union.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is a CRO agent?

A CRO agent is an AI that does not stop at suggesting improvements: it runs the optimization loop. It analyzes visitor behavior, writes a hypothesis, builds the change, launches it to an audience and reads the result. In Bixlow the agent decides and builds, a deterministic engine assigns and measures, and a human approves before anything reaches the site.

### Does Bixlow only do A/B testing?

No. The same agent can ship a change as an A/B test, as a personalization for a specific audience, or as a straight rollout when it does not need measuring against a control. All three share the script, the audiences and the goals.

### How is Bixlow different from Optimizely, VWO or AB Tasty?

Those tools are experimentation infrastructure for teams that already have a CRO specialist and a developer to build every variant. Bixlow adds the missing part: an AI agent that decides what to test, builds the variant and reads the result, on its own targeting, splitting and statistics engine. And it is priced for a team without a CRO department.

### Do I need a developer to use Bixlow?

No. You install one script tag once — a task your web agency or your platform's theme editor can do in ten minutes. After that the AI agent generates each variant as code injected at runtime, so no further development work is needed to run an experiment.

### Does Bixlow work with Shopify?

Yes. Bixlow runs as a script on the page rather than as a theme app, so it works on Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Webflow, Framer, WordPress and custom stacks alike. Nothing is written into your theme, so an experiment can never break a deploy.

### Will it slow down my site or cause flicker?

The loader is asynchronous and fails silently: if Bixlow cannot be reached, your site renders exactly as it would without it. Changes apply as soon as the script loads and disappear on the next page load once you stop them.

### Is Bixlow GDPR compliant?

Bixlow assigns variants with a first-party identifier and does not require personal data to run an experiment. Data is processed in the EU.

### Who is behind Bixlow?

Bixlow is built by Bixlow Studio, a team of CRO strategists and engineers based in Spain. It grew out of running conversion work for brands that could not justify an enterprise experimentation licence or a monthly agency retainer.

## Everyone is building an agent. Bixlow closes the loop.
