# More clients, same team.

> Bixlow for agencies is a CRO platform with an AI agent where each client is a project: the agent builds tests and personalization on their site, the team reuses pieces through snippets and invites whoever it needs, and every result can be shared as a printable PDF report.

Every new CRO client means more dev hours, more tests to set up and more reports to prepare. With Bixlow, the agent builds on each client's site, your team reuses what already works and the report comes straight from the results.

- **Clients:** One project per client
- **Install:** One script per site, about 10 minutes
- **Reuse:** Snippets with history
- **Report:** Printable, saves as PDF

## CRO doesn't scale with hours

Every new client multiplies the manual work. The margin goes into building, not thinking.

### Every client, a different site

Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, a custom build. Each needs its own way of setting up tests and its own developer.

### The same thing gets rebuilt again and again

The free shipping bar or exit popup that worked for one client gets built from scratch for the next.

### The report takes half a day

Screenshots, exports and slides every month to explain to the client what was done and what worked.

### Nobody knows who changed what

With several consultants and the client in the same tool, an untraced change in production is only a matter of time.

## How an agency works with Bixlow

One project per client, the agent doing the building and your team spending its hours on strategy.

1. **Onboard the client.** Create a project, install the script on their site (directly or through Google Tag Manager) and invite your team and, if you like, the client.
2. **Prioritize with the client.** Hypotheses are written as guided briefs with a priority score, so the roadmap is agreed on data.
3. **The agent builds.** The agent builds every test or personalization following the client's design guide. Your team reviews and publishes.
4. **Share the result.** Analytics by goal and segment print as a report you can save as PDF and send to the client.

## What an agency does with Bixlow

Four pieces for serving more clients without growing the team at the same pace.

### Multi-project: One project per client, each with its brand

Each client has a project with their site, goals, audiences and a design guide generated from their site.

- Works on Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Webflow, Framer, WordPress and custom builds.
- What the agent builds follows each client's brand.
- A project-level chat that builds inside its workflows.

### Snippets: What works, reusable

Pieces your team builds once are saved as snippets with history and reused.

- Components and logic reusable across workflows.
- Version history with restore.
- Less time building, more time on hypotheses.

### Client report: The result, ready to send

Analytics for each goal — totals, trend and a segment tree — print as a report you can save as PDF.

- Segments up to three levels, like country › browser › UTM source.
- The engine's Bayesian verdict, not a judgment call.
- Goals with value, so you talk to the client in revenue.

### Team: The whole team, with a trail

Invite your consultants and the client to the project. The activity log records who did what, including what the AI did.

- Team invites per project.
- Edit lock so two people never overwrite each other.
- Publishing is always a human decision.

## The agent builds; your agency brings the strategy

Your team's hours move from setting up tests to deciding which ones are worth running.

### Your team decides

- Each client's roadmap.
- Which hypotheses launch this month.
- What to tell the client, and how.
- Publishing: nothing reaches the client's site without your approval.

### The agent does

- Analyzes the client's GA or Shopify CSVs.
- Drafts and scores hypotheses.
- Builds tests and personalization in the client's brand.
- Reads the verdict and proposes the next test.

### A month with one client

- **Client:** Fashion store on Shopify
- **Hypotheses:** 3 queued · top one at 68 / 100
- **Running test:** Sticky buy bar on mobile
- **Reused:** Free shipping threshold snippet
- **Deliverable:** PDF report at month end

## FAQ

### Can I manage several clients from one account?

Yes. Each client is a project with its own site, goals, audiences and design guide. See pricing for what each plan includes.

### Can the client log in to see their project?

Yes. You can invite them to the project. The activity log shows who made each change, including what the AI did.

### How do I show results to the client?

Each goal's analytics print as a report you can save as PDF and send. It includes totals, the trend and the breakdown by segment.

### Do I need access to the client's site code?

Only to add a script once, directly or through Google Tag Manager. From then on changes are injected without touching their theme or code.

### What happens if I remove a change?

Deactivate a workflow and the change disappears on the next page load. Nothing is written into the client's site.

## Your next client, without growing the team

Create the first project, install the script on their site and ask the agent for the first test.
