# What you need, built on your site.

> Bixlow Studio custom builds are components, Bixlow Functions integrations and features that strategists, designers and engineers build on a client's website with Bixlow, injected at runtime and measurable like any workflow.

Complex components, integrations with your tools and new features, built by our team on Bixlow. No changes to your codebase, and the same measurement as any test.

- **Team:** Strategists, designers and engineers
- **Integrations:** CRM, payments and email via Functions
- **Delivery:** Injected code, no theme edits
- **Measurement:** Goals and tests, like everything

## Why these pieces never get built

Some things the agent can't solve alone in an afternoon, and your engineering team never has time for.

### The engineering backlog is full

Connecting a form to the CRM or building a new component competes with everything else and never gets done.

### Your platform won't allow it

The theme, the CMS or the checkout limit what you can change without custom work nobody wants to maintain.

### It ships without measurement

When a feature finally launches, nobody knows whether it improved conversion or just cost money.

## How a custom build runs

Everything is built in your Bixlow project, so it is safe, reversible and measured from day one.

1. **Scope.** You tell us what you need and we agree on what gets built, which tools it connects to and how it is measured.
2. **Build.** Designers, engineers and agents build it on your site with Bixlow, in your brand's look.
3. **Review.** You review it in the preview on your real site. Nothing is published without your approval.
4. **Launch and measure.** It goes live for everyone, for one audience or as an A/B test, with its goals set up.

## What we build

What the product doesn't do on its own, built on top of it.

### Components: Interface pieces made for your brand

Popups with their own logic, configurators, calculators, sections or multi-step forms, injected into your site.

- Built as HTML components in your look.
- Wired with workflow variables, triggers and bindings.
- Translatable for multi-language sites.

### Integrations: Your site, connected to your tools

With Bixlow Functions, server-side code that talks to your CRM, your payment provider or your email tool.

- Leads sent to the CRM.
- Stock checks or coupon validation.
- Encrypted secrets that never reach the browser.

### Advanced measurement: Make every conversion count

The setup you need when the purchase or booking completes outside your domain, or when the data lives in your backend.

- Setup for external checkouts.
- Events through window.bixlow.track() and the dataLayer.
- User attributes through window.bixlow.identify().

### Features: Try a feature before the sprint

A new feature on your site, built with injected code, to validate it with real users before building it into your product.

- Gradual rollout by percentage.
- A/B tested against the current experience.
- Switched off in one click if it doesn't work.

## Engineers in charge, agents at the keyboard

The agents speed up the build. People make the technical and product decisions.

### The strategist decides

- What gets built and for which goal, with you.
- Which tools it integrates with.
- How it is measured and who sees it.
- Whether it is ready to publish.

### The agents do

- Build components in your look.
- Write Functions for your integrations.
- Set up goals and audiences.
- Prepare variants for the test.

### A custom build

- **Need:** Form leads were copied into the CRM by hand
- **Component:** Multi-step form in the brand's look
- **Integration:** Function that sends each lead to the CRM
- **Measurement:** Lead goal on form submit
- **Launch:** A/B test against the original form

## FAQ

### Do you need to touch my site's code?

No. Everything is injected at runtime with Bixlow. Switch the workflow off and the change disappears on the next page load.

### Where do the integrations run?

In Bixlow Functions: server-side code that Bixlow deploys and runs, with encrypted secrets. Functions is part of the Premium plan.

### Can I edit what you build later?

Yes. Everything stays in your Bixlow project with its version history, and you can edit it yourself, with the agent or with us.

### Can a custom build be measured like a test?

Yes. Any build can go live as an A/B test or a gradual rollout, with its goals and guardrails.

### How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope. Tell us what you need and we will put together a proposal.

## Tell us what you want to build

We will help you turn it into a concrete scope and measure it from day one.
