Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Bixlow, including the SaaS app, workflow editor, public runtime and related services.

Service
Bixlow lets users create, configure and publish workflows that can be installed on third-party websites. You are responsible for the projects, workflows, content and configuration you create.
Account access
You must provide a valid email address and keep access to that mailbox secure. Magic-link access proves control of the email account and should not be shared with unauthorized people.
Acceptable use
You may not use Bixlow to break the law, attack systems, bypass security controls, process data without a lawful basis, or publish workflows that intentionally harm users or third-party sites.
Plans and billing
Paid plans, limits and billing cycles are shown before checkout. If a project is attached to a paid plan, the accepted commercial terms for that plan are stored separately.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Bixlow reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages caused by our breach.
Account cancellation and data deletion
You can request cancellation of your account and deletion of your personal data by emailing bixlow@plakastudio.com from the email address associated with your account. We will handle the request in accordance with applicable law and any legal retention obligations.
