A VWO and AB Tasty alternative (Wingify)

Since September 2026, VWO and AB Tasty are one company, Wingify, with custom pricing and aimed at mid-sized and large companies. If you want an alternative with a public price, in Spanish, that builds the tests for you, Bixlow starts at €24.17 a month; Mida has a free plan with tests, and Convert or Varify.io are more technical options.

What changed with Wingify

VWO and AB Tasty have merged under the Wingify brand. Both brands' pricing pages now redirect to wingify.com, where no prices are published: pricing is custom, based on monthly active users. There is a 30-day trial with no card, but VWO's old free plan no longer appears.

In return, Wingify is a very complete suite: experimentation, personalization, behavioural analytics, feature flags and enterprise security certifications. And it has a Spanish website.

When to stay with Wingify

If you already use VWO or AB Tasty heavily, switching has a cost. Stay if one of these fits:

  • You use behavioural analytics and experimentation in the same tool and do not want to split them.
  • Your product team needs feature flags or server-side tests.
  • You are asked for specific security certifications or to choose where data is stored (US, EU or India).
  • Your traffic and test volume justify a custom contract.

When Bixlow suits you

If what you did with VWO or AB Tasty was mostly changing things on the website and measuring them, Bixlow covers that with two differences: a price you can see before talking to anyone, and an agent that proposes what to test and builds the variant without a developer.

What Bixlow lacks: feature flags, server-side tests and its own behavioural analytics. Integrations with other tools do not come ready-made; the AI builds them for you as a Function.

Mida, Convert and Varify, in one line each

  • Mida: the cheapest way to start, with a free plan and a Spanish website.
  • Convert: the closest to Wingify technically, with a public price, but in English.
  • Varify.io: flat rate with no traffic limit and data in Germany.

FAQ

VWO and AB Tasty alternative

Do VWO and AB Tasty still exist?

As products inside Wingify, yes. As separate companies, no: since September 2026 they sell under the Wingify brand and their pricing pages redirect there.

How much does Wingify cost?

It does not publish prices. Pricing is custom, based on your monthly active users, and there is a 30-day free trial.

Can I move my VWO or AB Tasty tests to Bixlow?

There is no automatic import. The practical route is to finish running tests and create the next ones in Bixlow; the agent rebuilds a variant from a description of the change.

Is there a free alternative to VWO?

Mida has a free plan with up to 3 live tests. Bixlow's free plan analyses your site and proposes hypotheses, but tests start on the Standard plan.
